Dr. Rivera is a compassionate and highly experienced physician specializing in internal medicine and cardiology, with a career spanning over 35 years in both public and private healthcare. Known for her thorough clinical approach and commitment to patient well-being, Dr. Rivera brings deep medical expertise and a personal touch to every consultation.

She began her medical journey at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where she earned her degree in General Medicine. Driven by a passion for adult care and complex medical cases, she went on to specialize in internal medicine and cardiology.

In 1997, Dr. Rivera began her career as a government doctor, providing care within the public health system. From 2001 to 2015, she worked with Aruba’s General Insurance (AZV), serving the community with dedication and professionalism.

Over the years, she has also collaborated with several key institutions in Aruba, including:

• Korrektie Instituut Aruba (KIA)

• Aruban Coast Guard

• International Organization for Migration (IOM)
