1. What are your clinic hours?
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

2. How soon can I get an appointment?
Same-day appointments may be available if slots are open. Please call us directly to check. If needed, we’ll do our best to accommodate visits outside of regular hours.

3. Where is the clinic located?
We are located at Boegoeroei 49-B, Aruba. On-site parking is available. You can find our exact location using the map in the Location section of our website.

4. Do you work with AZV (Aruba’s national insurance)?
No, we do not accept AZV insurance.

5. Do you accept travel insurance?
Yes, but full payment is required at checkout. We provide detailed receipts so you can submit them to your insurance for reimbursement.

6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash and local bank transfers. Credit card payments are not available at this time.

7. What conditions does Dr. Rivera treat?
Dr. Rivera provides care for a wide range of medical needs, including:

8. Does Dr. Rivera treat children?
Yes. Children are welcome. For complex pediatric cases, Dr. Rivera consults with a pediatric specialist as needed.

9. Are prescriptions provided?
Yes. Prescriptions are issued when necessary and can be filled at any local pharmacy.

10. Can I request a medical certificate or report?
Yes. If you need an official medical note or report, please select the "Medical Report" option when booking your appointment.

11. What should I do in a medical emergency?
If your situation is urgent or life-threatening, go to the hospital or call 911 immediately. For non-emergency concerns, you may contact us after hours via phone or WhatsApp.

12. Do you offer at-home or on-location visits?
Yes! We offer on-call visit consultations at your home, hotel, or Airbnb. Please contact us directly to arrange this service.

13. In what languages is the consultation available?
Consultations are available in Papiamento, Spanish, English, and basic Dutch.

14. How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked via phone or WhatsApp. For urgent or same-day requests, please call us directly.
